Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The item is defective or not functioning as intended.

If your order meets any of these criteria, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at magentocaseofficial@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number,
  • A clear description of the issue, and
  • Photo or video evidence of the problem.

We will review your request and provide further instructions. If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., you no longer want or like the product).
  • Incorrect size or color choice made by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color or texture due to monitor display or lighting differences.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, use, or storage after delivery.

All sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as described above.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

If the item is returned without prior approval or does not meet our return criteria, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
